I’m transfer to celo wallet but now when I check it go to celo explorer so how I transfer back to celo wallet or kucoin?

Hi @Trina750 - can you clarify? To send the funds you’d need to open the account in the wallet of your choice so that you could then transfer back. If you need help doing this in Valora, please reach out to us at support@valoraapp.com.
Hello Trevor, having a better day than me i hope.I’m a beginner in this valora app and yesterday I seem to have sent my money to another address and I have no idea how to recover it, i also sent it twice as I was panicking and I dunno where I messed up, i was sending it to my bitget account, can you please help me, it was about 102 usd,but lemme send screenshots coz I understand none of this. The last screenshot is of the account that received the money.

Hi there, if your balance shows up on the explorer, your money is safe. Just be sure you actually own the wallet address you can see in the explorer, and that it is the same address in your Valora App. 2 steps solution; clear your app cache. If this fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. I hope this helps.
