How to suggest a law firm to be eligible for the Celo Jura grant?

Hey friends. I was talking with someone from a very reputable law firm in Brazil about Celo and the Celo Jura grants. They were interested in helping startups working with the Celo Jura grants format.

Please, is it possible for us to nominate them? How is the process of choosing which law firms work with Celo Jura?
