CTW Update #6 Friday June 24th

Hi Everyone!

I’m back with another update for Connect the World. As always, we appreciate any questions and feedback that you have on the program.

The summary:

My priority for these past few weeks was focusing on efforts to streamline the integration process while also ensuring partners in the diligence phase have all their paperwork in order (MOU signed and due diligence form filled out) to proceed to integration.

Pipeline Status

Since our last post, there has been some progress within our pipeline. We had 1 partner move to the Diligence phase and within this phase, three partners have recently submitted their due diligence form. Once their diligence is cleared, these partners can proceed to integration.

There has not been much change in the Integration phase. We still have 7 partners actively integrating however, we hope to have our first completed integration in the next couple of weeks.

Other Updates:

Integration Support

  • We have rolled out automated tests for Fiat Connect API as well as created an API checklist . This will allow CICO providers to run their own offline tests to decrease the dependency on code reviews completed by the FiatConnect team.
  • We are also exploring having an additional part-time resource to support the integration process

Questions for the community

  • In the interest of transparency, we want to do bi-weekly updates about the CTW program. What information would you like to know for future updates?
  • We want to be intentional about prioritizing country ramps. Are there countries we should focus on first? Please let us know below.

Thanks,

Michael
