Transaction delayed trying to bridge from Celo to Ethereum network

Hello,

I am trying to bridge from Celo to Ethereum network but my transaction is stuck for more than 24 hours. I get the message “Your transaction is outside the typical process time of 1 hour. Your funds are safe. Please reach out to us on discord and a member of our team will assist you.“.

Unfortunately I cannot post in the #bridge-support channel in Discord.

Hi,

Can you please go to Bridges By Optics v2.

  1. as origin network select “Celo”
  2. paste in you transaction hash into the input field (0x86cb77d6e3f54e353bd7da48383b36b0a0917448a005a37040c72b077c8fb727)
  3. hit the magnifier glass button
  4. wait for Optics to find your transation (can take up to 5 minutes, but it is usually much faster)
  5. once the transaction found, you can hit “Process Transaction” button to claim the tokens on Ethereum mainnet
