HELP : Issue using the optics bridge from celo to ethereum

Good morning team,

I bridged and transferred some eth from celo to the original chain ( ethereum ) but my transaction has been stuck 46 hours. Here is txid:

and when I checked on ethereum the last transaction was 7 days ago, and I saw the transaction “Send/bridge burn on celoscan” 6 days ago and it was the same stuck. when I checked in this contract:

The “update” feature for releasing and opening bridge funds to Ethereum is stuck. And when I look at the “dispatch and committedRoot” logs from 6 days ago until my last transaction for ETH tokens, a total of 7 people transferred funds from Celo and they were all the same.

You need to pay the gas to process and finalize the bridging action.

How can I do this when my transaction at optics is like this? I have sent a DM on discord, there’s no answer to asking questions on Optics & Celo support. Discord doesn’t provide a suitable answer, instead they’re throwing questions at each other. And on Optics, it’s even worse, there’s no answer at all🥲

Hi @rzleffendi, I’ve pinged the team to check the system.

Any idea why you waited until now to take this action? Optics has been shifting to retirement mode for almost 2 years now.

Well, what else can we do besides bridge? There is no liquidity to exchange it to ETH wormhole either🥲
