I’ve got an Optics bridge transfer (Celo → Ethereum) that’s been showing “Processing | Delayed” for ~60 days. The UI says the funds are safe and to reach out on Discord which I have done repeatedly, but it’s a phishing minefield and I can’t find any real support.

Could a moderator or someone from the Optics/Celo team please point me to a verified, phishing-safe channel (ticket portal or email) and, ideally, open a case for this?
