Introduction
We are a team of active web3 founders with over 15 years of experience in public and local governance, and over 3 years as DAOists. We have participated in the governance of several DAOs and in using tech to improve real life wellbeing.

Facilitate the evolution of Celo and its ecosystem to always be based on financial inclusion, science, community feedback, and on-the-ground insights.
Our goal is to ensure that Celo keeps being the chain and ecosystem of reference for deploying and implementing solutions that creates conditions of prosperity for all.

IRL impact: Measured by how an initiative is capable of providing proof of impact based on internationally recognized methods such as the Sustainable Development Goals and Targets Indicator Framework or the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) (ESG standards).

Privacy and Cybersecurity-based culture and infrastructure: Measured by how an initiative is capable of demonstrating the preservation and progress towards privacy rights and cybersecurity management through internationally recognized frameworks such as the NIST.

Ethereum-alignment: We will assess initiatives based on how aligned and supportive are to the Ethereum roadmap and decentralization stage framework.

Power decentralization, Collaboration and Alliances for common benefit: We look for evidence that the proposal favors the decentralization of power, peer-to-peer coordination, and the development of an ecosystem of mutualist growth.

Underserved local communities: We have a transparent bias towards initiatives that help close the gap between underserved local communities and privileged ones.
Non-negotiable
We will reject or abstain from participating in proposals that do not take Celo towards a more equitable future for all, our criteria and argumentation behind every decision will be based on the above-described criteria.
Additionally, we will reject proposals that clearly benefit only a group without any positive impact to the Society and Planet or that have benefited them in the past and have not returned any positive Environment, Social, or Governance impact.
Decision-making Methodology
- We review the proposal in question.
- Each member presents a written argument to each other, and as a team, we make the decision to support, reject or abstain.
- We post the decision with a description of the proposal, the arguments made, the voting decision, and important links.
Impact = Profit
If you support us in guiding the path of Celo as the chain for planetary Prosperity and we earn something on the journey, you will be rewarded too.
If we make any income from our work as a Delegate we will share 25% of it to a multisig where Delegators will decide how to make use of it.
