We open the doors to 2026, looking back at the final months of last year with a mix of deep gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose.
In late November, the Blockchain na Escola (BnE) team pulled off something that many told us was “too complex” or “too expensive”: we brought students from two state public schools right into the center of Belo Horizonte’s tech revolution at the Orbi Conecta Hub.
Some days after, we were awarded as the Best Educational Project in Brazil for the activities of the last 03 years. In some sense, Celo was along this path. Let’s do.
A Journey of Validation and Improvement
We’ve been building in this ecosystem for a long time, we saw the web3 market & business changes a lot, a lot of time. Just one think not changed, the challenge of turning web3 more accessible.
Behind the scenes, we put in the hard work for education, creating roots, partnerships, trust, and a range of programs, using diverse pedagogical and methodological tools to turn web3 more comprehensible, and our passion for social development put us to the test in the most challenging scenarios in Brazil ![]()

LATAM Talent Program
Recently, we presented our thesis: Latam is a strategic region for the web3 ecosystem. We have a low number of developers, besides large populations and social necessities that can match with web3 solutions in real life (e.g.Pix, Mercado Pago). Medium: Why the future of web3 takes shape in Latam.
A grant received from Celatam helped us to develop a bootcamp program with 02 public schools (institutions with several gaps and needs). It was amazing develop an exclusive app with integrating Celo Mainnet through Thirdweb, giving us accessibilities like wallet abstraction, signatures, students programming with REMIX, and token deployment:

We bring students to build their own projects, Tokens, NFTs (ERC-721) on Celo Mainnet; 02 vibrant different schools open to receive innovation and projects; we track all the transactions using on-chain data and analytics, demonstrating the engagement and details about the students’ preferences, interests, and potential; we bring other 06 Web3 communities joined us to show these kids that a career in crypto is a real, reachable future.
Looking for 2026
We know the challenges, the dilemma for scaling, the autonomy, and the funding needs.
All of this we intend to achieve by keeping walking, building bridges for value partnerships, trust of our stakeholders, and improvement of our technologies.
We are refining our tools, updating our dApp, and dreaming bigger, looking for the web3 horizon of 2026, with the goal to keep building where the impact is most needed.
When you see what these students can do with a little bit of guidance and a powerful protocol, you realize that we aren’t just building a project; we are building a chance for the future.
