CeLatam’s Strategy for 2025: Scaling Impact and Innovation in Latin America

Building on Our Foundations

As we step into 2025, CeLatam is more committed than ever to empowering builders, catalyzing impactful ventures, and fostering Web3 innovation across Latin America. Our journey so far has been shaped by several initiatives, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and a talented, mission-aligned team. With these solid foundations, we are ready to take the next leap forward.

Looking at the Celo ecosystem, this year will be full of milestones such as the CEL2 transition and the integration with the Superchain, the expansion of Minipay, the enhanced coordination between Celo’s Regional Hubs, and the potential Celo Halving.

Additionally, an exciting Pop Up City in Recife/ Brazil during October and, in November, ETH Latam and the first-ever Celo Gather in Brazil, followed by Devconnect in Buenos Aires/ Argentina from November 17th to 22nd, will serve as crucial convening moments for the ecosystem. Finally, COP30 in Belém, within the Brazilian Amazon, with a central focus on Climate Finance, underscores the increasing importance of Web3 in global sustainability efforts.

Against this backdrop, CeLatam’s 2025 strategy is shaped by Community Building, Education, and Venture Acceleration.

Our North Star in 2025

From the birth of KnktDAO to the first ideation of our Venture Studio, we were guided by the vision of a structure that would impact Latin America’s Web3 ecosystem through the empowerment of builders.

The North Star defined for this season serves as a compass that guides our ambitious yet actionable goals to make a lasting impact:
