The proposal is to:

  1. Enable validator elections to begin
  2. Set 0.1% Carbon Offset Fund to Project Wren
  3. Enable staking rewards to begin

Referendum voting begins: Apr 30, 2020 @ 00:28 UTC
Execution phase will last from: May 2 until May 5, 2020 @ 00:28 UTC
