We’re excited to share what we’ve built with our Prezenti Growth Pool grant. After months of hard work, we’ve completed our project and wanted to give you all a peek at what we’ve created.
What is Forti?
Forti is an interactive live video platform that transforms how creators engage with their communities. Think of it like a Twitch for everyone - where creators can host game shows, community calls, and interactive events with their audience while leveraging web3 functionality.
What We’ve Built
With Prezenti’s support, we’ve successfully:
- Integrated Celo Wallets: Users can now connect their Celo wallets, add/withdraw cUSD, and receive prizes directly in cUSD.
- Hosted a Major Creator Event: We partnered with Deekila (535k followers) for an interactive show and distributed prizes in cUSD! Users were incentivized to choose cUSD over traditional payment methods with double prize value.
- Supported Celo Community Events: Forti has been used for Celo Fellowship India, the Prezenti Grantee Showcase, and CELTAM events - making community interactions more engaging and interactive.
- Created an Expansion Roadmap: We’ve developed a case study on expanding to African markets with MiniPay integration, focusing on better on-ramps and off-ramps.

Why This Matters for Celo
Our project directly supports Celo’s mission of prosperity for all by:
- Providing a practical, enjoyable use case for cUSD

What’s Next
We’re just getting started! Moving forward, we plan to:
- Expand to more creators in key regions
- Further integrate with MiniPay for seamless experiences
- Roll out our African expansion strategy
- Continue supporting Celo community events
