URGENT: MiniPay App Network Timeout Bug - $5,975 Stuck in Holding Contract (Ticket #23882027)

Hello Celo / Mento Devs, I urgently need an Opera/MiniPay engineer to look at a smart contract trapped $5,975 of my funds. Tier 1 Support is stuck on routing failure that has automated scripts and isn’t looking at the blockchain data. ( …905 ). The Bug Report:

1. I initiated a withdrawal to my external Bybit address

2. My mobile network lagged severely. The MiniPay app hung, timed out, and dropped me back to the withdrawal screen.

3. I submitted the request a second time.

4. This double-submission a race condition. The funds to the internal bridge/holding wallet (Ox2E047c145beDD53F4Dd368C4878988A43721 2DB7) but crashed before executing the final forward to Bybit.

The $5,975 has been sitting in 2DB7 with O outbound transactions for days. I have written confirmation from the fiat provider and Bybit that they do not own this wallet. Can a developer please review the server logs for Ticket #23882027, verify the timeout error, and manually push the stuck funds from the holding wallet to my destination address? I have all Blockscout and email screenshots ready to provide via DM.
