Feedback on the proposal
I have to align with the feedback from @Thylacine.
The large scope (many different islands), significant budget, the absence of a proven track record in the Celo ecosystem, and the flags raised don’t give me confidence.
If anything, I would propose significantly reducing the request and starting by showing real progress and adoption in a specific country.
