Thanks for pro-actively rescoping the proposal. Given the positive engagement so far (and the events already hosted in Colombia which looked great) I will vote YES on this proposal.

I do want to note that:

  1. I think it’s essential to work closely with Celatam, there are a lot of positive synergies to explore here!
  2. Can you clarify the ownership of the USD 10,000 used for liquidity? I believe this should remain owned by the Celo Community Treasury (and would be returned if Celo Colombia ever stops operation).
