Yes, we have already tried to get funding and the request was rejected and everyone can see that.
We want to emphasize that our current request is not for any past work but solely for the future work we plan to accomplish. Funding will only be provided if we successfully meet the agreed-upon milestones so if we do not achieve the milestones, we will not receive any funding.
Regarding the proposal that was rejected in August, we still do not know the reason for its rejection, as we have not received any feedback or clarification from the Stewards.

Maybe the reason for the rejection was the lack of budget? Because about 85-90% of the budget was distributed to the communities of Europe, Africa and KOH, leaving only a small portion for the other communities.
