Celo transfered not received after a week

I sent two different transaction of Celo to my gate io account. First from coinbase than a few hours laters I tried from Binance to see if the problem was with Coinbase or from CELO network. Here’s the transaction on explorer

I have sent many other crypto to gate io including BTC, ETH, OGN, MANA and USDT using TRC network and all transactions were received just fine.

I contacted Binance, Coinbase, and Gate io open a ticket on all those platform and nobody seem to give a shit. It’s 8 days now.

Can somebody help me ???

your gate.io address for celo. I reviewed the transactions, they do show the coin was received and then sent out.
