Unstaked stCelo

Hello there i dont know if im on right category but i need support.

I tried to unstake stCelo from liquid staking from Celo Mondo but a week have been past and since i cant withdraw to native Celo, the task is still saying processing.

My wallet adress is 0x26F5E49f041e4C4b23Ab63444e13fF5F51B9dfCF

Thanks in advance

The normal stCELO withdrawal period is approximately three days. After that, the available CELO should be claimed automatically, which normally takes only a few additional minutes.

Since yours has remained in “processing” for about a week, the automated finalization may not have completed properly. I would first reconnect the same wallet to Mondo and check whether it now shows a claim or finalize option.

If it still only shows “processing,” please share the transaction hash for the original unstaking request. That will make it possible to confirm whether the stCELO was burned, whether a pending withdrawal was created, and whether the final claim is still outstanding.

Do not respond to private messages offering to recover the funds, and never share your recovery phrase or private key.

The official StakedCelo documentation also notes that claiming taking longer than a few minutes after the three-day period may indicate a backend issue:

Hello this is the transaction

As you see from the image it’s still in processing.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks. The transaction you shared is actually the original staking deposit—it transferred 2,755 CELO into the StakedCelo Manager and minted approximately 2,467.08 stCELO.

However, I checked the subsequent activity for your address and the withdrawal appears to have completed successfully on-chain:

That transaction returned approximately 3,114.296 CELO to your wallet on July 30.

The CELO was then transferred from your wallet to another address approximately 90 minutes later:

Therefore, the “processing” message in Mondo appears to be a stale interface status rather than an incomplete on-chain withdrawal. Please confirm whether you recognize the destination of the second transaction. If it is your address, then the withdrawal has been completed and the funds have already been moved there.
