Funding Request: The funding request is the funds for implementation of the following project proposal:

The proposed project:

TxFlow is a performant L1 chain network built around its TIP Liquidity Standards, allowing shared chain liquidity across all ecosystem Dapps. It’s also working on its first products — its own perp DEX and prediction market, built on top of its dedicated blockchain infrastructure.

The team hasn’t explicitly confirmed a token, but claims of “no insider allocation” and “no pre-minting” suggest plans to launch the TxFlow token, similar to most L1 chains.

On April 16, 2026, along with the TxFlow L1 mainnet launch, announced code-based access, enabling users to test out the product early and potentially farm the TxFlow airdrop.

Summary:

1.The overview the proposed project is to develop a new product which will involve the community development, implantation and marketing. The members will be part of the project and learning and participation to achievement of the project by sharing the resources of the results

2. Motivation is to be part of the Celo community and its objectives and also building the community which can be organised themselves and achieves certain economic objectives which can change their diary lives.

3. Specification:

The proposed project will be implanted with the community themselves by learning how the project works and also sharing the resources trough grants access to be used for their own other projects. It is king of creating jobs themselves, which similar to perineurial skills in this day.

You asked for comments, so the first point to clarify is that Prezenti and Celo Governance are separate processes. A forum post using both names is not an application to either, and neither will choose the proposal type, scope, or funding amount on an applicant’s behalf.

If you are applying to Prezenti’s Frontier Pool, applications must be submitted through the Frontier application form. Please first read the Season 3 scope and requirements.

Frontier funds AI and agent-economy infrastructure deployed on Celo mainnet that other builders or agents can use. This post currently provides no AI or agent infrastructure, Celo deployment or integration, technical architecture, verifiable on-chain activity, team information, milestones, deliverables, or exact budget. It instead describes another L1 alongside general community and marketing activities, which are not the purpose of the Frontier Pool.

If you instead intend to make a Celo Governance proposal, you must follow the Celo governance process. That means selecting an actual proposal type, identifying the recipient and multisig, stating the exact funding amount and budget, defining measurable deliverables and risks, and specifying any proposed on-chain transactions or technical changes. “Coin proposal, network and protocol improvement, smart contract changes and funding request (pick up on available)” is not a valid specification. The formal proposal must eventually follow the CGP template and proceed through GitHub, on-chain submission and a community vote.

There is also a more fundamental issue: the TxFlow description appears to have been copied almost verbatim from this CoinLaunch airdrop listing. Please clarify whether you are affiliated with or authorized by TxFlow to seek funding involving its project. Any application should use original material explaining what you or your team will actually build on Celo, supported by first-party evidence.

As written, this is not ready to proceed through either process. Please decide which route you are pursuing, establish your authority to deliver the proposed work, and submit a concrete, original and verifiable proposal through the correct channel.
