I wanted to split this off into its own thread as it is fairly important.
As most people are aware, Github is not an inclusive platform for non-developer users. To this end, I’d like to suggest that all proposals be cross-posted to the Celo forum moving forward for discussion. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me why this would be the primary discussion hub for proposals that involve multiple groups community stakeholders.
A few questions:
(1) Is there already some formal communication policy on how proposals are distributed throughout the community?
(2) What are peoples’ thoughts here?
