This thread describes the Regional DAO proposal process for H2 2024 following the passing of CGP141: CeloPG H2 budget.
This half-year, 200,000 cUSD is available for Regional DAO funding. Existing and new regional DAOs can apply with a proposal. Existing regional DAOs are recommended to complete their current cycle by coordinating their complete budget and publishing a final report before applying a new proposal.
The CeloPG Hub, has been updated to reflect the H2 program and includes the following resources that can be used to create a good Regional DAO proposal:

Proposal review
As indicated in CPG141, this cycle, the CeloPG Stewards will vote on each of the Regional DAO proposals through the Celo Public Goods snapshot space. A new voting strategy has been created that allocates one vote to each Steward based on the Hat they have been assigned in the CeloPG Organization Tree.
Each vote will take five days.
At least four stewards have to vote to ratify a decision.
A majority of stewards have to vote “yes” for a proposal to pass.
Stewards will “abstain” on proposals to which they are directly connected.
GG21 Regen Coordination
CeloPG is collaborating with Green Pill Network and ReFi DAO to run a Regen Coordi-NATION program to provide additional opportunities to local nodes and Celo regional DAOs. Gitcoin may match this program with 50k (results will be available on the 20th of July). The program could generate 1-10K extra revenue for Celo regional DAOs based on the impact and the value they can create!
