CeloColombia DAO - Funding and Operations Proposal

Hey @LuukDAO Thank you for your feedback and support for the cCOP launch! I understand your concerns, and I want to clarify a couple of points regarding our proposal.

Firstly, our intention is not to seek funding from the Regional DAO budget within the CeloPG as we know the funding for Regional DAOs have been already allocated.

We are aiming to present this proposal directly through the regular Celo Governance process. This approach allows us to work independently of the H2 2024 Regional DAO allocations and budget constraints.

Additionally, we tried to review the proposal’s scope and we made a few changes in terms of duration and we delete some items.
Our plan now is more focused in community building, and essential activities to prepare for wider cCOP adoption. This would allow us to lay a strong foundation while aligning with the broader 2025 Celo ecosystem strategy as it’s developed.

Here is the final changes of the proposal we will submit for Governance :raised_hands: hopefully we count with your support and wider Celo Community.
