I think it’s worth pursuing a good descentralized RPC system, we don’t know how long having a fully descentralized sequencer will take, and if the RPC system is successful I don’t see a reason why we should dissolve it then.

Would anyone else like to join the committee other than @swiftstaking? If we had an odd amount of signers for the multi-sig it would be better (currently with @swiftstaking that makes 4).
I think @kamikazechaser was also interested.
How do we approach the period between the hardfork tommorrow and this proposal if/when being approved/executed. Will the actions (rewards, slashing, …) be retroactive?
It’s only meant to apply after the grace-period ends.

Is everyone OK with a 1 week grace period or does it need to be extended to 2 weeks given all that we’ve discussed?

Same opinion as @martinvol, I think one week should be enough. If we start the scoring process on the 6th of April, there would not be enough days after the grace period to slash anyway, so slashing could only happen a week later.
