This proposal sets parameters needed for the new implementations of the contracts after Contract Release 12 (CGP166).

  1. Motivation

After the transition to the L2, contracts will require different configurations than the one currently set. These configuration include oracles and gas usage custom gas currencies, as well as changes in how some timing parameters are set.

This proposal aims to keep the behaviour we currently have after the L2 transition, rather than changing it.
