Thank you for this thoughtful and comprehensive reflection.

Your work provides an overview of how community initiatives have impacted Celo and helps us imagine a more impactful and sustainable 2025 (and beyond).

While CeLatam was born in a different context of regional autonomy and focus, we are enthusiasts of accountability and local impact within community-led initiatives in the Celo ecosystem — to such extent these thoughts and actions have steered our Theory of Change.

We have also landed the best practice by means of actions as follows:

  1. Yearly and Quartely reports with the north star of the season and OKRs for each front.

  2. Reports about all the programs we host highlighting the goals, outcomes, and learnings.

  3. New tooling and Upgrades in the ones we use.
    Hypercerts to track contributions within CeLatam’s team. (Under development)

As part of our commitment to nurture the Celo Ecosystem in Latin America, we deep-dived into community activations, research, and partnerships this year, launching the seeds of what we expect to harvest next year through the new Venture Studio we’re building within CeLatam.

We are grateful for the support and collaboration of the Regional DAOs and the Celo Community, which have been instrumental in driving progress.

We’d love to hear feedback from the community and collaborate on innovative strategies. Together, we can leverage the CEL2 Strategy and the Celo welcoming to the Superchain, aligning with the other community-led initiatives to better support Celo’s mission of a world with prosperity for all. We can ensure that Celo’s mission of prosperity for all becomes a reality.
