GM Celorians!

During the month of April I applied an off-boarding process from @CeLatam as per an agenda discussed with members. I am proud of the accomplishments and work performed, and wish the DAO [a great path ahead on its mission ahead](https://www.celatam.org/insights/scaling-impact-and-innovation-in-latin-america-our-strategy-for-2025). A quick recap of the endeavor:

- [Proposal discussion initiated on Oct 2022](https://forum.celo.org/t/latam-w3-dao-proposal/4494), and was [approved by governance voting on Earth Day in April 2023](https://forum.celo.org/t/knktdao-born-from-cgp-096/5720).

- It evolved [to Celatam on March/2023](https://www.celatam.org/pt-br/insights/embracing-evolution-from-knkt-dao-to-celatam)

- I led activities as reported on [Season 0 Report](https://www.celatam.org/pt-br/insights/unveiling-celatams-journey-discover-our-season-0-report) and [Season 0 H1](https://forum.celo.org/t/celatam-s-season-1-h1-report-is-live/9082) . In the last report we announced [my transition to an Advisory role on August 2024](https://www.canva.com/design/DAGQTuabp0U/gtUyghD4z0S4hT_qNtYY1Q/view?utm_content=DAGQTuabp0U&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=editor#1).

- Also in August/2024 we performed our first offsite in Argentina, where we celebrated the evolution of the DAO to [its current format](https://www.celatam.org/insights/reaching-new-heights-by-evolving-into-a-venture-studio).

- As DAO highlights I would like to point out: (i) t[he accomplishment of 100% of the milestones set forth during the leadership period](https://x.com/celatamorg/status/1839423188985614658?s=46), the (ii) [Theory of Change](https://www.celatam.org/pt-br/insights/celatams-theory-of-change-empowering-latin-america-through-web3) and (iii) [my last public contribution in an event with the launching in Bangkok](https://x.com/celatamorg/status/1855527670701842500?s=46) of a research report on RWA, Stablecoins, and ReFi in LatAm, [and other related initiatives](https://x.com/celatamorg/status/1862204861544112578?s=46).
