As previously mentioned in the [Alfajores Testnet Launch](https://forum.celo.org/t/alfajores-testnet-launch/45) post, we are now announcing the shutdown of the Dango testnet.

Dango was always intended as a temporary environment, and with the launch of Alfajores L2, it is no longer necessary. (check the [announcement post](https://forum.celo.org/t/introducing-dango-l2-celo-testnet/8313))

**Please note that any state or data on Dango will not be transferred to Alfajores L2, so make sure your projects are fully migrated.**

**This is the official 1-week notice before Dango is taken offline to ensure a smooth transition.**
