Hi folks, Great to see a lot of engagement on this thread. Many stakeholders have suggested that a holistic ecosystem budget strategy be created before submitting a reduction proposal on the validator and other budgets. While I personally believe that paying 110 x 25k = 2.75M a year to a service that is not contributing directly to the operations and revenue of the chain is bad ROI, and it doesn’t require a full analysis to cut these costs, I do agree that what we truly need now is a holistic plan. As such, we’ve updated the **[Treasury and Governance Dashboard (link)](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cPHwOuNtCQu5Iw2OQB4OEAUoE7W4lLrz9W8y5va4owU/edit?usp=sharing)** to provide a snapshot of the current state of the strategy and will meet with stakeholders in Buenos Aires to come up with a budget and strategy recommendation. In the meantime, I won’t try to push any Validator changes to vote, and would recommend others to also refrain from doing so.
