# Recover ETH on a CELO address in Metamask

Hi,

I have eth on a celo address in Metamask mistakingly ☹ Is there a way to recover? I tried sending the eth from my Account 3 to Account 1, to an account on Valora that is connected to my metamask, but it did not recognize it.

Any insights here?
