**Project:** CeloRefer  
**Description:** CeloRefer is a complete decentralized referral and reputation infrastructure for the Celo blockchain.

**Description:** Mizu-Pay is a comprehensive crypto payment platform built on the Celo blockchain that enables users to make payments using cUSD and CELO tokens and receive instant gift card fulfillment. The platform features a modern web interface, real-time transaction indexing, and automated email notifications.

**🏅Fourth Prize: $150**

**Team:** Glyph  
**Project:** Arx Protocol  
**Description:** Arx is a Layer 3 blockchain built on OP Stack, settling to Celo, that transforms environmental projects into verifiable, tradeable carbon credits through decentralized validation and proof-of-impact consensus.
