Hi everyone, I have been trying to set up an automated test harness on an Android device to simulate repeated micro-transactions on an Alfajores test dApp, but I keep running into consistent connection drops during state changes. The setup works fine in a standard desktop browser environment, but as soon as the calls are initiated through a modified mobile runtime environment, the payload stalls.

While running automated simulation routines using [deltaexector](https://deltaexector.com.mx) to test how the UI handles unexpected script injection and rapid-fire inputs alongside Valora, the RPC listener drops the session right before the wallet signature prompt can even resolve. I am suspecting this might be caused by strict sandboxing rules or local socket interference between third-party execution wrappers and the native Celo wallet bridge.

Has anyone here encountered similar handshake timeouts when running custom client-side automation or stress-testing tools on mobile? Any advice on how to trace whether the failure stems from the dApp event listener or a local execution sandbox constraint would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @zehal0674, and welcome to the community! 👋

While I’m not a technical expert, I wanted to chime in because the **Alfajores testnet was officially deprecated** back in September 2025. The network has been replaced by the [Celo Sepolia Testnet](https://docs.celo.org/tooling/testnets/celo-sepolia). [[1](https://docs.celo.org/tooling/testnets/celo-sepolia), [2](https://forum.celo.org/t/introducing-celo-sepolia-celo-s-new-ethereum-l2-testnet/12155)]

Using an inactive network is highly likely what’s causing those consistent connection drops during state changes! I’d highly recommend migrating your project and updating your RPC endpoints to the new Sepolia setup. You can check out the official [Celo Network Overview Documentation](https://docs.celo.org/build-on-celo/network-overview) to get the new Chain ID and configurations.
