1. The Gingerbread Hard Fork is proposed for block #18785000 targeting an activation around Aug 10, 15:03 UTC
2. Validators, if you agree with this hard fork, please upgrade both your validator nodes and proxies to v1.8.0 (see [github](https://github.com/celo-org/celo-blockchain/releases/tag/v1.8.0-beta.1) for release)
3. Once upgraded, please let us know via this [3 question form](https://forms.gle/iKTYiLcFz4eAhwPh9)
