I love the integration of feedback here to hone into a proposal that aims to execute on a tangible project that I believe is instrumental to the future success of Celo as a unique ecosystem connecting to the broader Ethereum galaxy. @LuukDAO hats off to you for putting in the time in to support the refinement of this proposal, and @tim for integrating feedback.

Hi all, the updated CGP-0106 is merged into the repo, and I’ll propose it on-chain shortly.
