To proceed to the submission and voting phase at least two Celo Governance Guardians must post explicitly that the proposal fulfills the requirements to be able to move into the Voting Stage in the proposal thread on the Celo Forum.

Shouldn’t this have been a Prezenti grant request? Probably unfair for similar projects in the past which have been shot down.

Celo is already a big chain and setting a precedent of granting any and all projects to deploy their infrastructure by conditioning a payment is a bad move.

If thirdweb and Pimlico deployed without support and have a similar product on the existing mainnet, I don’t see why this needs support for CEL2.

This is a good point and Prezenti is a great place for time-bound, once-off deployment efforts with clear deliverables.
