Whoa, that’s a big find! Did my Mento reserve math and epoch reward movement descriptions from [the other post](https://forum.celo.org/t/strengthen-tokenomics-cut-validators-from-110-to-55/12435/6) accidentally help surface this? or just pure coincidence? I remember seeing that ~14% CELO collateral rate and thinking “why is this number so random?” before deciding I was probably overthinking it.
