# Ecosystem Treasury Snapshot and S1 Budgets

To support discussion and voting on the Season 1 (S1) budgets, here are key treasury resources from CeloPG:

- **[Celo Treasury & Governance Dashboard](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cPHwOuNtCQu5Iw2OQB4OEAUoE7W4lLrz9W8y5va4owU/edit?usp=sharing)** – Sheets detailing current and projected Celo Ecosystem Treasury holdings, plus S1 draft proposal requests.
- **[Celo Treasury Dune Dashboard](https://dune.com/superchain_eco/celo-community-treasury)** – Tracks onchain assets, including approved but unclaimed tokens, offering a view of spendable funds without further Governance votes.

**Summary:**  
The [S1 Budget proposal](https://mondo.celo.org/governance/cgp-189) caps Ecosystem Growth spending at $3M, excluding Foundation and cLabs budgets.

- Forum drafts suggest $3M in cUSD/CELO for ecosystem growth ($3,5M with OP).
- Including Foundation, cLabs and CICLOPS proposals: $10.5M in cUSD/CELO ($8M with OP).
- At this rate, the Treasury could support ~16 months of operations in cUSD and ~23 months in CELO—excluding potential inflows from MENTO, OP, or new funding.

Given all parties pull form the same resources pool, it may be more effective to set a unified spending cap across the full ecosystem

The Dashboard has been updated with the latest proposal of Prezenti, Celo Regional DAO council and CICLOPS.
