Hello Community,

Our latest Contract Release was just proposed on-chain as [CGP-0099](https://github.com/celo-org/governance/blob/main/CGPs/cgp-0099.md). This upgrade includes a ton of routine upgrades, as well as the implementation of [UltraGreen Celo](https://blog.celo.org/ultragreen-money-c677e7508abb), as well as changes required to support the [next hardfork](https://forum.celo.org/t/introducing-celo-s-gingerbread-hard-fork-join-for-q-a-on-june-21/5918).
