Initiating Ongoing Celo Chain Revenue Transactions

Hi Celo Core Co, kindly consider adding a variable burn field that can be voted on for “Net distributed to the Community Fund.” As ex. we would support burning 25% of the Net distributed to the Community Fund on an ongoing basis to help keep CELO disinflationary. To account for changing public opinion, maybe every 6-month votes would work on what % to burn from 0% to 100%.
