Is it possible to transfer (Cgld) from one platform to (Celo) on a different platform?

Cgld was rebranded to Celo 9 months ago, This means that Celo is exactly the same as Cgld. Some apps, exchanges just did not yet change their naming. Hence you can transfer cgld to celo and vice versa.
