Hi @celogovernance - as I understand the linked document, the second post in [the thread I linked](https://forum.celo.org/t/add-glo-dollar-as-a-gas-token/10595/2) should now have sufficient information for an initial temperature check discussion in the governance call. Is this mistaken?
