Noted, thank you. This isn’t a proposal, it’s an update from a [previous passed proposal](https://forum.celo.org/t/final-allocate-1m-of-mento-s-current-reserve-holdings-to-glo-dollar-to-fund-celo-public-goods-at-no-cost/7927). But if you feel its better suited for the Kuneco Call I can do that!
