As previously mentioned, the procedures clearly state: _“A proposal needs to be up for discussion for at least 7 full days, during which responsiveness from the author is mandatory.”_

However, as we transition towards a better framework for governance, we will allow this proposal to be presented in the next Governance Call while simultaneously working on more detailed guidelines for the governance process.
