Is the timeline for the stack selection being pushed back/delayed?

We’re running about 2 weeks behind the schedule in Milestone S above – mainly because of a ton of great community building and 8 talks at DevConnect, and some work on the EigenDA testnet pulled in from M3 that @hhe will be interested in - more info shortly.
